ALL THINGS PADEL…

Day 1 - Defense

Once warmed up, the coach will focus on specific defensive techniques and skills. This could involve practicing various types of shots used in defense, such as lobs, blocks, and slices. Players will learn how to read their opponents' shots and anticipate their next move, enabling them to react swiftly and effectively.

Footwork is another critical aspect of Padel defense that receives significant attention during training sessions. Players must learn to move quickly and efficiently around the court, positioning themselves to retrieve shots and cover their partner's weaknesses.

Day 2 - Offense

Learning to play offense in Padel tennis requires a combination of technical skills, strategic thinking, and mental fortitude. With the guidance and expertise of a coach, you will develop the necessary abilities to become formidable offensive players, capable of dictating play and winning points with flair and finesse.

For players beyond the intermediate level in Padel tennis, training will be more focused on fine-tuning skills, refining strategies, and elevating overall performance to a higher level.

Day 4 - Net, net, net!

Net positioning on the Padel court is a crucial aspect of strategic gameplay, especially when it comes to defense.
